Thranduil (DataLore_89) — Today at 6:45 PM
Thranduil sees the Lady Galadriel walk in and observes her moment with Elurielle. The chasms of anguish and pain only deepen as he furrows his brow. As he finishes his dinner, he stands up gracefully to go, excusing himself from all figures of renown around him. He leaves the feasting hall and walks outside and into the beauty of Rivendell, now waning after the destruction of the One Ring. (done)
Elurielle — Today at 6:48 PM Legolas watches his father,
knowing all too well, what is going on in his mind and heart, he makes no move or indicates that he sees it. He glances to Elurielle, who had her head lowered, but her eyes were lifted and watching Thranduil. He could see the pain on her face, she was upset at what her being there was doing to Thranduil. She rises slowly, her head still down. "M'Lord Elrond, Might I know of the rest room?" (done)
Thranduil (DataLore_89) — Today at 6:51 PM Elrond peers up magnanimously from the peers with whom he was in deep conversation. He perceives the pained expression upon her face and he replies, “You may refresh yourself down the hall, there is a fountain there that serves many of our needs.” He gestures towards the door through which Thranduil had left. Elurielle — Today at 6:58 PM She nods to him, and curtseys, turns and heads to the door, now she is not looking for the rest rooms, but an exit. She does recall the way that they had come but she must be discreet. She was so filled with fear. Fear of what Thranduil will do to her if she is not proven to be who he thinks she is. If he thinks her an imposter of ilk dark magics, well, he may lock her up for an eternity or worse, end her life. That is not the primary fear or concern that is driving her to this crazy action, she, for some reason, just can not stand to see Thranduil in such pain and conflict. She wants to spare him of this and so she is going to leave... she hopes she can get to Wynter before anyone notices that she is gone. She is down the stairs to leave Rivendell. (done)
Galadriel raises her head as she sees a vision and speaks calmly. "She is fleeing." Legolas' chair slides back as he stands. "What?? Where?" Galadriel rises, shaking her head. "Be calm, Legolas. She is frightened out of her mind right now. She heads to the bridge to leave Rivendell, seeking her pet for travel" (done)

Elrond stands up almost immediately, “My Lady, shall we pursue her? After all, Thranduil’s entire journey west has been in pursuit of the truth about this woman." (done)
Elurielle — Today at 7:06 PM
Galadriel nods. "We must, our friend must have his heart mended." She turns and moves gracefully but quickly in the direction of the exit from whence they all had come earlier. Legolas was already trotting that way.
Her exit would not be seamless for there were guards lined along the entrance, she hid most of the way but had to come out in the open to stroll past them to get to the bridge, so she calmed and appeared to be confident as she headed to the bridge. (done)
Thranduil (DataLore_89) — Today at 7:09 PM
Elrond stands and utters a command in Sindarin. Promptly, a squad of guards heads out to search for the Elurielle. As he says this, many of the other guests surrounding him, noble Eldar of high rank such as Glorfindel and Lindir, take up the search and depart in the direction of the bridge.
Thranduil, now some ways away from the bridge and the commotion in the feasting hall, hears the clattering of guards and the fragments of Sindarin being used as they attempt to locate Elurielle. He turns and begins to make his way back to the feasting hall, not running but walking quickly with a long stride. (done)
Elurielle — Today at 7:14 PM
Galadriel reaches out to speak to Elurielle in her mind: """Child, do not leave, your future lies here before you. This is not the course to take.""" Elurielle gasps as the mind message enters, causing her to pause as she is also raising the hood of her cloak. Suddenly she sees the guards moving about, she panics, and makes a run for the bridge. She is not calling her pets, she does not want them to get harmed if she is not successful in getting to the woods... it is a very long way across the bridge to the forest from where she is. (done)

As Thranduil makes his way towards the feasting hall, he is informed of Elurielle’s departure, and with a sudden anger he begins to run in her direction alongside the guards of Rivendell.
Elrond makes his way nearer the entrance of Rivendell, seeing Thranduil on the way, “My Lord Thranduil, Elurielle is fleeing across the bridge spanning the Bruinen. You must convince her to come back should you wish her to be free of this madness. She is not an impostor, whether you know it or not, I feel that in my heart. And I think you do too.”
Thranduil processes Elrond’s words momentarily and his expression hardens, whether in acceptance of Elurielle’s identity or further denial of it, and dashes to the bridge accompanied by his soldiers. (done)
Elurielle — Yesterday at 7:24 PM
Legolas is hot on the trail, making his way dodging the citizens as he does, seeing his father and Elrond, he slows then stops to look back to them and promptly moves along side his father. "Father, she is frightened. It is fear that drives her away." Elurielle does respond to Galadriel but speaks audibly. "I can not see his pain another moment!" She goes unnoticed by the guards at the gate, the guards are looking for intruders that may be attacking, not having been informed yet of the reason for the commotion. (done)

Having left the feasting hall prior to anyone else, Thranduil is the first to see Elurielle. He stands a short distance away, having seen her pass the unperturbed guards, and moves forward silently, not wanting to her. (done)
Elurielle — Today at 9:53 AM She is walking as fast as she can but slow enough as not to look like she is escaping. The hood of her cloak was up, concealing her identity to the guards, so she felt she was almost safe as she crossed the middle of the bridge. (done)
Thranduil (DataLore_89) — Today at 9:56 AM
Thranduil moves along to the bridge, dismissing the guards, and calling out, “Elurielle! Please… Do not leave! Not again…” A painful expression emanates from his eyes, their former intensity and stature lost to the lustre of tears. (done)
Elurielle — Today at 9:59 AM
Hearing his voice, she froze in place, her back still to him, her cloak billowing in the wind that was also quite cold. She was shaking, from the fear and the cold, but now the one that she did not want to hurt was requesting her not to leave. She slowly turned around, seeing him, something about him, she could not put her finger on it, something made her want to please him and stop his pain. "I will not be the source of that look on your face a moment longer, M'Lord Thranduil. Best I take my leave." (done)

“There would be less pain if Lord Elrond and the Lady Galadriel can prove who you are. In my heart I feel that you are my Elurielle, the one I lost all those years ago. But without even a hope of seeing you again without sailing West, I could not go on. I beg of you… I beg you to stay.” (done)
Elurielle — Today at 10:05 AM Legolas was standing behind his father, letting him handle the situation, but he was ready to jump in, should he be needed. He lifted his hand to keep the guards back, while his father spoke to Elurielle. Hearing his father's words, and the passionate feelings behind them, caused his own eyes to glisten, for he had no doubt that this was indeed his mother and his father's long-lost love. He watched in silence, not even sure if Thranduil knew he was quite a way back behind him.
His words brought tears to her eyes, suddenly the images that haunted her mind came crashing upon her, his words, his emotion woke something deep within her, her hand went to her temple as the pain became agonizing, her head tilted down, and she dropped to her knees in pain. (done)

She leans into him as she collapses and faints in his arms. Legolas is running up to help. "Father! We must get her to Lord Elrond and Lady Galadriel! This darkness is going to kill her!"
Elurielle — 05/18/2023 2:43 PM Thranduil can hear Galadriel in his mind: """My friend, bring her to the upper balcony bedroom at once. Time is of the essence. The darkness could claim her soon.""" Legolas had gotten that same message. "We must make haste! Take her now!" He is almost to Thranduil and Elurielle. (done)
